📸 Behind the Scenes: A Different Kind of Shoot

By this point, I was no stranger to being in front of a camera — but this shoot was different. It was my first time working with this particular photographer, and I left the session feeling more unsure than inspired.

Her style was very slow, detailed, and instructional... but instead of bringing clarity, it left me second guessing everything I thought I knew about posing, expression, and presence.

Sometimes even the most experienced models hit moments like this — where direction feels more like dissection, and confidence gets shaken a little. It’s a reminder that every shoot is a collaboration... and not every creative energy will match.

Still, this session taught me something new about how I work — and how I want to feel during the creative process. Here’s a peek behind the curtain. 💫
