Undressing My Life Ep 4: Saying Goodbye
Episode 4: Saying Goodbye
This episode was one of the hardest for me to share.
During COVID, when the world already felt uncertain and isolating, I had to say goodbye to some of the people I love the most — my older sister, her husband, and their two beautiful toddlers — as they packed up and moved overseas.
I’ve always been close with my family. Losing that everyday connection, especially during such an emotionally intense time, hit harder than I ever expected.
I was living on my own. Navigating lockdowns. And behind the scenes of the content, the business, the boldness — I was quietly falling apart.
This episode is about more than goodbyes.
It’s about grief we don’t always talk about — not death, but distance.
The ache of change.
The quiet heartbreak of not being able to hug your niece or nephew.
The loneliness of success when the people you want to share it with aren’t physically there anymore.
COVID tested all of us in different ways.
This? This was mine.
I debated even sharing this episode.
But if Undressing My Life is about anything, it’s about showing the full story — not just the hot girl hustle, but the human moments that shaped me in ways no headline ever could.
Fast forward to 2025 — they’ve moved back home.
And let me tell you… my heart is so much fuller having them here again.
Thank you for being here with me through all of it.
